Welcome to the Ma's Donuts Rewards App!

By using our app, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

Your Account:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, please contact us immediately. Users must be at least 16 years old to use the Ma's Donuts Rewards App.

Earning Points:

Customers earn points on every purchase made both on the app and in-store at Ma's Donuts. Points earned are subject to change without prior notice. The number of points earned per purchase may vary based on the customer's status level.

Redeeming Points:

Customers can use their accumulated points to redeem free items available on the app. Each item available for redemption has a corresponding point value, which is subject to change without prior notice. There is no limit on the number of coupons that can be redeemed through the app.

Status Levels:

Customers gain status levels based on the number of points they accumulate. Higher status levels provide customers with a larger multiplier, allowing them to earn more points per purchase.

Payment Processing:

Payment processing for purchases made through the app is handled by a third-party company named Square. Ma's Donuts and more does not store any payment information provided by customers.

Redemption Limits:

Customers are limited to redeeming a maximum of 5 free items in-store at Ma's Donuts at one time. There is no limit on the number of coupons that can be redeemed through the app.

Trademark and Copyrights:

Ma's Donuts and more owns all trademark rights to its name, logo, and other proprietary materials associated with the brand. Any unauthorized use of Ma's Donuts and more trademarks or copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited.

General Provisions:

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the user and Ma's Donuts and more regarding the Rewards App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. Ma's Donuts reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards App or any part of it at any time without prior notice. Ma's Donuts and more reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions regularly for any updates or changes. By using the Ma's Donuts Rewards App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
